this job hunt is getting me down

i believe that i’m pretty qualified for the jobs i’ve applied for. i have a psych degree and experience in social services as well as office skills. i applied for an overnight position at the women’s shelter i already work at and i have no idea if i’ll get it or not. it’s not great, though, since it’s overnights every weekend but i still want it. even though it’s dumb i’m getting discouraged and starting to wonder if anything good will come my way.
